Vegetarian product

The other day my mum went to see Doctor, the Doctor ask her not to eat seafood, meat, and to go vegetarian as she has high cholesterol.  Ask what about fish, was told, 1 week once, ok.  So I thought I will lookout for vegetarian products in the supermarket.

Vegetarian fish @ $3.25

Vegetarian luncheon meat @ $3.45

My mum loves foods like fried kway teow, fried oyster, mee goreng, etc.  Have to control her intake of it.

  2. Too much oil. Try to steer away from fried food.

Eat more vegetables. Some vegetarian stuff is not healthy at all. Look at the ingredients and contents before purchase.

  4. How can it be vegetarian if it is fish? I've tried fishcheon, Singapore brand - fish luncheon meat. Not to my liking.

  10. What a clever idea to feed her with vegetarian dishes to substitute and bring down her cholesterol level. I eat a lot of oats instead.
