I have bookmark this Almond Cookies recipe from My Kitchen Snippets blog for quite sometimes but was too lazy to make it. Actually i have no plans to make any CNY cookies but i was so 心痒痒 that i decided to make it. Make 28 pieces.

When i first saw this dish in Pete blog, it make me drooling and since i have some fish fillet in the fridge, i went to buy a packet of the Kentucky All Purpose Seasoned Flour and cook it.

Took only the zodiac Rabbit since the coming Lunar New Year will be Year of the Rabbit.

Went to watch 歌台 on Friday evening at Euno hosted by 自称是新加坡最美的 Lao Zha Bo 许琼芳. Was sitting quite behind as like what 许琼芳 mention, the “三大 巨星” （一位霸位叔, 两位霸位嫂）is there.

This year, i did not really make any CNY cookies, but i 手痒痒, thought of making something, so make 肉干， recipe from Ohbin and since i have some oatmeal left, i thought i will finish it up by making a bottle of Oat and Raisin Cookies which i did before, this round i did not take picture of the cookies and bought a bottle of kuih bangkit from the supermarket to give to my good friend JG.

Easy Low Fat Fish Pie

When i first saw the Easy Low Fat Fish Pie at Mary Moh blog, i was so tempted to do it that i went to the supermarket to get those ingredients that i do not have.

Although mine the 外表 was not so nice, but it definite taste very nice. Thanks to Mary Moh for sharing the recipe.
