Fish Tempura

After the other day did the Ebi Fry (Fried Shrimp), was searching the web and came across Shrimp Tempura from Just One Cookbook, was tempted to try it out as it's one of my favourite dish too.  But as recently just use prawns and eat prawns, i use something different, which is frozen fillet to try it out.

I prefer prawn. Fish, I'd just buy the frozen ones - Marina brand...very nice.

Frozen fish fillet from the supermarket - do you know what fish it is? Dory or some other fish?

I like to eat fish tempura but I find dory fish fillet has a strong "earthy" taste.

I only get to know what kind of fish is from the supermarket, as they will state the name of the fish there...

Normally if in wet market, will have to ask the seller the name of the fish...
