Fruit Salad

Christmas Eve that day, i was at Getai kaki place and she prepared fruits salad, after eating the fruits salad, the next day, i went toilet, it was smooth, so this round, i made it myself. Inside the fruits salad is kiwi, strawberry, banana, a small piece of ham.

Fried Arrowhead

After seeing Mamarazzi Fried ArrowHead, i was tempted to do it as i have never try it out before.

The other day at the supermarket, i nearly forgot about buying arrowhead, then i saw a packet of arrowhead in an aunty basket, and i went to get hold of a packet. But i use half packet to try it out. I dare not use a slicer as i scare of 割到手.

This is how my fried arrowhead turn out.

Prawn Roll

Beside making the Tofu with Minced Chicken with the packet of Minced Chicken i bought, i also made my version of Prawn Roll.

How time flies, Christmas is over and next to come will be New Year and 2012. This Christmas, fri and sat, was at friend place to celebrate Christmas, sun, went Orchard Road walk one round to see the floats. Yesterday, meetup with Ching for dinner, too bad her hubby was on night shift, didn't get to catch up with her hubby.

I have a egg tofu in my fridge and was thinking what to do and search the web and see most results was egg tofu with minced meat, saw minced chicken in the supermarket so bought a packet and try it out with it, also mixed with prawns and carrot.

This year, before Christmas, i'm really unlucky, my home pc broke down, at first, i thought of servicing it, call up a servicing guy who have service my home pc before, told him my problem, he mention that i was lucky that my hard disk manage to last for so long as a normal pc span life is about 5 years and my pc is about 6 ~ 7 year already. So I went to buy a new one, at first, they were telling me that it will be delivered after New Year, but luckily, they manage to deliver this morning.

After writing this, i'm going to my getai kaki place to celebrate Christmas this evening.

Banana Chiffon Cake

I have not tried doing banana chiffon cake, so i thought i try it out yesterday night. After baking it, i find that i grown to love baking chiffon cake.

Sugee Cake

I always saw semolina flour in the supermarket, but have not buy before and try doing any bakes using this flour. I saw the Sugee Cake recipe in the Prima Group website and bought a packet of semolina flour back and try out the cake. I have some raisins which i add in to clear stock.

Fried Bee Hoon

Saw from 键轩惠娘 facebook she fried bee hoon using 妈蜜, have not try before, so fried it using 妈蜜. Not bad.

餃子

My friend LJ, she's very good at making 餃子, i loves to eat her 餃子 whenever she made it. The other day, i was at her house and she also invited one of her swimming kaki over. Her swimming kaki is watching how LJ made the 餃子 and taking pictures of it. Me also watch how LJ did it. But of course, the one i made is not as nice as the one that LJ made.

餃子 don't have prawns, but i just loves prawns, so add prawns in it

Hopefully nobody is scare off by the 餃子 i made.
