Yong's Teochew Kueh (6th April 2013)

Was craving for Tau Kwa Pau, and from what i know and also went there before to eat it (the coffeeshop at Upper East Coast area), this round went there, but the whole coffeeshop was close, maybe didn't go there for a long time liao also.  Ask the pawn shop next door to the coffeeshop whether the Tau Kwa Pau stall has shift, but they didn't know about it.  No fate with it.

Along there, there's this Yong's Teochew Kueh

Homemade one is nice, but i do not know how to make, hehe...

It's a deep fried Tofu pocket and the filling is made of diced cucumbers, boiled eggs, deep fried yam cracker and deep fried fish balls.

I also loves the pink colour but can't eat too much as it's made of glutinous rice and my stomach will feel bloated if eat too much of it..
