I came across this Encik Tan couple of months back when i was at One KM Mall for the monthly workout. But at that time, i didn't try out their foods. Came across Encik Tan at the basement of JCube which opened not long ago when i was at Jurong East for my weekly grocery.
(1) This place serves Halal foods
(2) Had Wanton mee @ $4.00
(3) Opening promotion, $0.50 per cup of drink, had coffee
Nice name. $4.00. so cheap! Looks like kampua/kolo mee.
