Croquettes/Thank you


When i saw the Japanese Salted Salmon Croquettes from Sonia blog, tempted me to do it, but mine is the lazy version, i used canned salmon spread instead of Japanese Salted Salmon as in Sonia blog.


Thanks to Grace for the postcard from Chengdu when she went there for holiday.

    Your version of croquettes looks yum!
    Between this is the answer to your question :) 1 cup of flour =140 gram
