Lemon Butter Cake



First saw this Lemon Butter Cake from Sonia blog, and then saw (排名不分先后）Ohbin, Ching, Sally, 键轩惠馆, Veronica doing this, so 心痒痒, also did it.

    I found that I need to add in 2 lemon zest from 2 lemons , then it will have a wonderful citrus flavour .

    (1 lemon seems not enough to bring out flavour )

    不过我插的洞洞比较小，
    你的是用筷子弄的吧！
    这样糖浆渗透更里面去咯！
