My cook

Bought this piece of salmon fish at $6, was bargin-ing with the fishmonger if it can be cheaper, the fishmonger mention that the price has increased by $3/kg.

Steam it with the electric lunch box i bought sometimes back.

This piece of Batang fish cost me $6 ($22/kg), at first thought of frying it, 2nd thought, steam it will be better although frying is nice.

I have some chicken wing in the fridge, so i google the web and found this Baked Shrimp Paste Chicken,i tried fried version, but not baked version, so was keen to try it out.

My anyhow cook, braised chicken with tao kwa, mushroom, egg
