Sar Kok Liew (Yambean Fritters)

I have not eat before Sar Kok Liew (Yambean Fritters) that Sonia share in her blog and decided to give it a try.

    How come after steaming, it looks like bean curd (fu chuk skin)?

  34. Silly me, of course it looks like bean curd sheet because you wrapped the shredded jicama and fish paste mix with bean curd sheet. (after reading Sonia's blog on how to make this). So Sharon, you did not make it wrongly lah.

    Tell you something, i shredded the jicama half way, i was lazy to shredded, so in the end, i used half of the jicama and more fish paste than jicama, instead of as in Sonia blog, more jicama than fish paste, lol....
