Mashed Egg with Leg Ham (24th Mar 2013)


Made mashed egg and add in some leg ham for my breakfast with bread yesterday morning.

    a bit too dry for sandwich for me.. perhaps adding in some mayo would be nice~~ :)

    No need for mayo lah, SK. Just apply butter to both slices of the bread and sandwich the egg and ham in between - yummmmm!!!!

    Adding mayo will ruin the taste! Can't stand how people will serve everything with mayo...and they call it salad - salad sotong, salad fish, salad chicken... That's mayo lah! What salad! Tsk! Tsk!

    In the end, i use some to cook with tang hoon for lunch, kaka...
