Saw from tv program recommending this fish and chip, so decided to give it a try. This fish and chip is sold in a coffeeshop in Toa Payoh area and it's very crowded, the seller mention have to wait for 1 hour for the food to be serve. Waited for 45 minutes for the food. Ordered fish and chip with mashed potato.
