Subaru Challenge ~ The Asian Face Off ~ (27th Oct 2012)

This is the 11th year that the Subaru Challenge is going on, total participants is 400 peoples and 10 each from China, Cambodia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Phillippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam. The rest of the participants are from Singapore.  The challenge starts at 1pm on 27th Oct.

Coconut Shortbread Cookies

The other time, i baked the Raisin Coconut Cake and i still have some desiccated coconut left and was wondering what to do with it. I goggle the web and came across this  Coconut Shortbread Cookies recipe from  Peaches and Donuts blog, so i decided to give it a try.  I baked into 16g each and make about 23 pieces of cookies.

炸烧卖

I have not been doing any cooking or baking for quite sometimes as most of the times, my meals are settle outside.  Recently i saw this 炸烧卖 from Melisa's blog, i was tempted to do it, so went to buy the ingredients and cook it.  I used half of the ingredients as mention in the recipe and replace the water chestnut with prawns.

Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant (10th Oct 2012)

Went to Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant for dinner to celebrate friend birthday which falls on 13th Oct.  Birthday friend choose this place as friend wanted to try out the peking duck there.

Bay Sushi (24th Oct 2012)

My this group of friends, we will get to choose what we want to eat during our birthday.  As for me, of course, i choose my favourite Japanese food which is sushi.  As i have not been to this Bay Sushi which is located at Marina Bay Sand, i choose that place to try out their sushi.
