Steam Fish & Fried Fish

I hardly buy fish so i do not know whether the fish i bought is expensive anot.  I  bought the fish as in 1 & 3 for S$12.  The lady told me the this fish is 红斑.

I cooked the fish two times.  The first time i steam the fish garnish with ginger and parsley (hope i didn't name it wrongly) as in 2.  The sauce, i used light soy sauce, rock sugar, hua tiao wine mixed with water as from what i google from the website.

The second time, i fried the fish as in 4.  The fish, i anyhow han tam rub it with a bit of curry powder which i had at home and then fried it.

Ah Chiang Porridge

It was raining from morning till afternoon on Sun, after church service, was at Toa Payoh Ah Chiang Porridge having lunch.  They had another branch at Tiong Poh Road which i eat before very very long time ago.

Steam Tofu

I came across this Black Silken Tofu in the supermarket, so bought a box to try it out.

Use whatever i had in the fridge, which is portobell mushroom and sausage to steam with Black Silken Tofu.

After steaming

Tuna with egg

I came across this can Tuna from a shop selling Korean stuff.  As i have not tried this brand before.  So bought a can to try it out.

Boiled egg and mash it

Han tam the egg into the tuna and mixed with some mayonnaise,  that's my dinner to go with bread on a weekday evening.

Gado Gado @ Seah Im Food Centre

Gado gado is one of my favourite food, but i don't eat it often as the gravy will makes me filling.

This Malay Stall in Seah Im Food Centre has been around for quite a long time and i quite like the gado gado serve from this stall.  

Gado gado at S$3.00, add in a potato ball at S$0.50, so it's S$3.50

Ah Kow Mushroom Minced Pork Mee @ Hong Lim Food Centre

Last fri, out of sudden in the afternoon, i vomit and feel bloated in the stomach.  I suspected it's gastric flu as many years back, i ever out of sudden vomit, and went to the doctor who mention that it's gastric flu.  Upon reaching home in the evening, i was so tired that didn't take my dinner and went to bed.

The next day, i thought that i will go for foot reflexology at Chinatown to see if it's helps. After the foot reflexology, was at Hong Lim Food Centre, i saw this stall selling Mushroom Minced Pork Mee which has a Q, so out of curious, Q for this Mushroom Minced Pork Mee.

Q for about 20 mins

From the side, saw that they sold many bowls of Mushroom Minced Pork Mee.

Price list

S$4 for this bowl of Mushroom w/Minced Meat Mee Kia, at first i thought they only have one dumpling, only to realise later that two dumpling as the other one is hidden below the mee kia.  Nothing special about it but i loves the dumpling.
