Ayer Rajah Emergency Preparedness Day

My constituency held the Emergency Preparedness Day last Sunday (16th April 2017).

There's a Counter Terrorism Live Exercise at 9.00am.

Showing a terrorist incident where trained residents will showcase when to RUN, where to HIDE, and how to TELL the Police in the event of a terrorist attack. These residents will render assistance to injured victims by using their improvised First Aid Skills and performing Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) to save lives during an attack. The response capabilities of the Police and the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) will also be showcased. (Paragraph taken from Facebook).

I am one of the calefare and had to report at 7.30am, breakfast (above) is provided.

Launch of Mobile Fitness Fun Truck

On Friday night, after coming back from my workout, bathing and was about to go to bed when I started vomiting.  The next day, which is a Saturday, I had a fever and slept throughout the day, only woke up to pee pee, and I didn't eat for the whole day, no appetite.

(1) As I have bought ticket for the Launch of Mobile Fitness Fun Truck on Sunday, I was worried, I might not make it.  When I woke up on Sunday, I feel ok and also hungry, which means, I am alright and my appetite is back.

Choa Chu Kang Big Farm Walk & Run (11th October)

I first got to know about this Choa Chu Kang Big Farm Walk & Run from Elaine.  I didn't go for the Run as i will sure be the last person to reach.  Register for the 3km Walk at $3 which includes a T-shirt, goodie bag and lucky draw which i am not lucky.

Fun Pack Distribution Event

It was announced earlier on, that each household of Singaporean/Permanent Resident will each received a Fun Pack.

My constituency received the Fun Pack last Sunday(2th August).  The event is from 3pm to 7pm.
