When i received this Christmas card, i was thinking, who is the person who send me this card as the stamps in from Singapore and the address is from Malaysia, when i open it up, then i knew that it's Catherine who sent it.  Guess she must have asked her daughter to send it out as her daughter is working in Singapore.

Received the same day another Christmas card,  thanks to Hayley for the Christmas card.

Prawn Omelette

I have some prawns in the fridge, so when i saw Rose  Prawn Omelette, i thought of cooking it.  2 egg with 5 prawns and onion with some pepper. There it's goes, my not so tempting Prawn Omelette.

Sweet & Sour Sticky Mid-Wings

I loves the Sweet & Sour Sticky Ribs  from Phong Hong blog, the other time i have tried it out with Pork Ribs & Fish, this round, i try it out with mid-wings, it's so nice till i even lick the bones and my finger, lol...

This Hup Tou Sou Cookies from Sonia is one of my bakelist to do, but lazy lah, so drag and drag till have the mood to do it.  Have shared with my friend, if not i think i will finish up all.  I have made 36 pieces using the recipe at 15g each.

Was tempted to try out Chicken Cottage Pie from Sonia blog, but i made some changes to it.  Instead of cauliflower and broccoli, i used crab stick.  Sotong me, Sonia recipe used cream of chicken, i went to the supermarket thinking it's cream of mushroom and bought a can of that, only to realise i bought wrongly when i wanted to do it. So left with no choice, i used the can of cream of mushroom.

I want to specially thank  Small Kucing for the gifts that her mama sent.  When i receive the parcel, i was shocked by the postage rate.  So paiseh that she paid so much for the postage rate.

I loves this card very much.  Not that i do not like the other gifts, i like it also, but this card, i loves it too much too much as it has J hand written in it.  At first, i thought the stickers is stick by Mama Kucing till Mama Kucing mention that the stickers is decorated and stick by J.

I was coughing one week ago (not very serious cough), saw Wenn post in Facebook about sprinkle some salt over orange and steamed it.  Not too sure whether if it's ok to eat it for cough as i thought orange shouldn't be consume during cough.  So i whatsapp Wenn and ask her if cough can eat, and she replied that it's good remedy for cough.  So i tried it out and now my cough has recovered.

Thanks to Rose for the souvenir from her trip to Thailand

When Rose PM me that she has sent me souvenir from Bangkok on Monday (31st Mar) and i have not receive it yet after sometimes, i was worried and went back to check my message whether if i key in my address to Rose wrongly, but luckily i didn't key wrongly my address.  So i waited and yesterday, i receive it in my mailbox.

Thanks to Twilight Man for taking the hassle to send the postcard from his trip to Japan.  Receive it yesterday.

Thanks to 小影 for the gifts.  But i got a shock when i receive it as the postage makes me jump.  It's quite light but the postage was very expensive. Confuse as how Malaysia charge the postage rate.

When Angeline whatsapp me on 23rd Dec 2013 that she have send out the parcel, i'm on the lookout as i wanna take note on how long it takes to reach.  When i didn't receive it on Monday (6th Jan 2014), i whatsapp Angeline that i'm worried about it as it's already two weeks (was worried that it might be lost in the mail).  Thank God i receive it yesterday (7th Jan 2014).

A question to ask, i am curious about the postage rate in Malaysia, how do they go about charging the rates for the postage as i saw that SK sent, it's RM1.20, Hayley sent, it's RM1.10, and 小影 sent, it's RM3.60, so much difference?

Yesterday, when i open my letter box, i was surprise to see a postcard inside, as usually what i receive inside is bills.  This postcard brighten up my day.  Thanks to Mun for the postcard.

Pandan Kaya Butter Cake/Potato Salad/Thank You

I have printed out the Pandan Kaya Butter Cake from Bakericious blog for quite sometimes till recently have the urge to do it as i did not bake for quite a long time, guess the colour turn out this way as i used evaporated milk instead of coconut milk as i wanted to use up the can of evaporated milk laying there in the fridge.

I have a craving for potato salad after eating it the other day when i was at my aunty house, so decided to do it to satiety my craving.
