Shrimp Wanton Mee @ Ayer Rajah (West Coast Drive) Food Centre

Saw from Facebook that starting from 3rd August, there's a Zumba session at West Coast Place Playground on every Sat from 8.30am to 9.30am.  Went for the Zumba session and after the session, went to the nearby Food Centre to tabao food back for my mum.

Saw a stall selling Soya Chicken and they do sell Shrimp Wanton Mee too, was tempted to try it out.  So i pack back a packet of Soya Chicken Hor Fun @ $3 (Takeaway have to add $0.20 for the box) for my mum, while i decide to have the Shrimp Wanton Mee @ $3, filling is minced meat and prawn.

The soup which i find i don't quite like it

Wanton Mee

Passed by a coffeeshop in Jurong West area selling wanton mee/dumpling mee, etc quite sometimes back, same a lady eating the dumpling noodle, and it looks good, but at that point of time, i had already eaten my meal, so i thought i will go back again to try out the stall.

(1) The first time i went, i tried the dumpling noodle @ $3.50, too hungry at that time, so had a quick snap of the food.  The noodle comes with 4 dumpling and some vegetables.  The filling of the dumping, there's prawn and minced meat.  Overall, i like it.

(2) It comes with a soup, but find that the soup is salty

(3) Another round i went, i had the wanton mee @ $3, it comes with vegetables, char siew and 3 wanton.  Overall, both i like.

Sixth Avenue Wanton Char Siew Noodle

The other time, while at Sixth Avenue looking for the Wanton Noodle that i wanna eat, passed by a coffeeshop that also sells Wanton Noodle, and many people eating it, i was telling myself, i will be back another round.

(1) Was back again, this is the stall that i am targeting at, at first i thought it's self service, but order with the lady who do the cooking, must tell her the table number you are sitting, then there's an auntie who will bring the food to you when it is ready and pay to the auntie.

(2) Wanton Noodle @ $3.50 with some vegetables, char siew and 3 wanton

(3) I prefer the noodle at this stall than the other stall i eat the other time

This wanton noodle is situated at a coffeeshop called Good Good Eating House.

After eating, i went to ask the auntie, when is their off day, was told, they open every day, no off day, they open from around 6.30am to around 1pm.

风城面家

(1) Happen to come across this 风城面家 at Sixth Avenue selling wanton noodle, beef brisket noodle from blog.  As wanton noodle is one of my favourite, of course must go try it out.  The cook is an elderly uncle.

(2) Their opening hours are from 8am to 4pm and closed on every Thursday

(3）Their sambal chilli sauce, you can scoop the amount that you want, thumb up for the sambal chilli sauce.

(4) Order a plate of Wanton Noodle @ $3.50

(5) It comes with 4 wanton, the filling for the wanton are shrimp and meat, which i like it, as for the noodle, ok only.

(6) And a bowl of soup, the soup taste different from other wanton noodle stall that i tried before, the taste is as of those from restaurant selling wanton noodle.

Actually, at first, when reach the place, saw from a coffee shop that's also selling wanton mee, a lot of customers, but the stall is different from what i saw from blog, so walk on to find the one that i wanted to patron.  Maybe i should go again one of the day to patron the other stall wanton noodle.
