Banana Butter Cake/Egg Separation Method


When i saw the Banana Butter Cake/Egg Separation Method in Vivian Pang Kitchen blog, i was thinking of my friend mum who likes banana cake and thought i give it a try and let my friend mum be my guinea pig.

    Since this is banana cake, but curious why I saw purple color in the photo? (may be I need to change my glass :p)
