Sambal Prawns

Saw from Sonia blog her Sambal Udang Petai (Sambal Prawns with Stink Beans), as i like Sambal Prawns, so i thought i try it out.  As i do not take Petai, so i did not add that.  Use 200g prawns which is 10 prawns (before shelling).  Hope nobody will laugh at my Sambal Udang.



I have send out 11 postcards this morning.  Hope it will reach safe safe to those i have sent.  Do let me know when you have receive it.

    Next time can try adding okra or brinjal.those combination is good too

    i also love petai like crazy. It is the best vegetable that could effectively cleanse our bladders! That's why the bad smell is from our own urine. I am surprised to know that it is called stink beans!!! LOL

    Looks good! Yum Yum! I like to eat the prawns and a bit of the sambal - I can't eat very spicy food.

    yeah, i agree with Small Kucing.. i don't like petai and lady fingers too, but adding in brinjals would be nice!!

    the sambal prawn looks nice, unfortunately my tolerance of spicy food is extremely low.

    BTW, I was very upset as the two postcards that i sent from Europe to my own address... no sight of the two postcards until today. Sigh~ Malaysia Boleh-lah~
