Jem Play @ JEM

I didn't  know about this Jem Play @ JEM till the other day when i was going there to get something before going to my friend house.

But see that this place is quiet as compared to  Westgate Wonderland whereby it has more kids going there.

    so what is Jem Play actually?? and that JEM is a shopping mall or playground?? and Jem Play are those things for rides??
