I have been trying to bake chiffon cake, but so far have no fate with it, recently my mixer broke down and i bought a new one, so i thought i will try it again. When it was in the oven and still baking, i saw that it rises up, i was so happy, i thought that i have success, but when comes out of the oven, it has sink. Looks like my mould is going to be kept away and collect dust again.
