Your char siew rice got lots of gravy wor! For me, I love my rice dry, especially if the rice is "yellow" rice.. I like the prawn fritters to be dipped into mayonaise, yummzzz.. I can eat 8 fritters!

DeleteEr... the fritters... no thanks. I agree with you, the batter is too thick! The roasted pork seems to be all lean meat, but the skin looks crispy enough.
