(1) Archive photo - I ever patron this stall at West Coast selling Roasted Meat, Chicken, Char Siew, etc... Was back there again.
(2) Had the Roasted Chicken @ $8.00, portion for 2 pax
(3) Rice @ $0.50
(4) 西洋菜汤 @ $2.50
Total for the above, Roasted Chicken, 2 plate of rice and soup is $11.50.
I prefer chicken without sauce...same with steamed chicken - like the one in my post tomorrow. Nice, but I would like to enjoy the taste and the sweetness of the chicken without it being drowned out by whatever sauce. Have the sauce by the side, I will dip if I want.
