Cod Fish

I loves Cod Fish but can't eat too often, only once in a blue moon as it is not cheap.  Saw the Cod Fish and ask the fish monger for the price and was told it's $45/kg.  The guy ask me to prepare around $12.  Told him i want a small slice and not too thick and the slice of Cod Fish that i bought $6.80. 


I used back the sauce that i use before


Pan fried the fish and pour the sauce over the Cod Fish and there it goes, my Cod Fish.

    i wonder what is the composition of the sauce.. because i think if the fish is fresh, no need sauce also can, just simply dash some soy sauce and it will be super nice already.. :)

    Can't recall what's the composition of the sauce as the packaging throw away liao...

    Usually, after buying the fish, i don't cook it straight away, as must see the mood come, then cook it, kaka....

    waahhh..so much sauce.. saltish or not? Cod fish is sweet by itself already.. very tender and nice.. For that price, cheap liow!

    Cod fish is very nice but must be careful. Some frozen fish fillet clsims to be cod but is not.
