The other time, i did Fried Nian Gao using half of the Nian Gao, this round, i use some of it to did this Sweet Potato Ball with Nian Gao, as from what i have goggle from the website.
I cut the Niao Gao into cube

At first i wanted to fry it, but last min, i decided to steamed it

I think of wanna add some sesame on top of the mashed sweet potato, then pan fry. Will try it if I find extra NIAN GAO :-P
