Pandan Coconut Butter Cake/Crispy Curry Fried Fish Fillet



I have bookmark this Pandan Coconut Butter Cake from Bakericious blog for quite sometimes till when i have the mood to do it, so i did it.


I still have a piece of fish fillet left after doing the Fish Tempura, and was thinking of using the Crispy Curry Fried Chicken Wings to try it out on the piece of fish fillet left in the fridge, so this is what i get.

    Hi,
    The pandan cake looks delicious. The fish tempura? looks a bit overcooked. Or, was it just nice?

    I find it wonderful how the pandan can colour things that brilliant green naturally. No need for food colouring.
