MeatBall

The other time i made the Chicken Patty, this round i tried out using fish paste and minced meat, shredded carrot, onion.


The ingredients


After adding in egg yolk, chilli sauce, breadcrumb


After mixing the ingredients together


Rolling them into balls


After frying

    Yummy! I always love meatballs. Not so much into fishballs but if the fish flesh is really fresh, then I would enjoy it.
