Chinese New Year decoration @ West Coast Plaza

I was suppose to go for my workout last Mon (11th Jan), but it rain and the workout was cancel as it's outdoor, so on the way home, drop by West Coast Plaza to tabao my dinner and at the same time, take picture of the decorations there.
