Mak's Noodle

I learnt about this Hong Kong's Mak's Noodle from my Zumba kaki who went there with her family.  This outlet, which is the first in Singapore, is located at The Centrepoint.  Understand that they will open another outlet in Westgate.  Ask the staff and the reply i get is around September.

    Centrepoint? I used to stay round the corner - Supreme or Grand Central round the back. I hear Grand Central's no more....or under renovation. Supreme is still going strong. Small hotel, not cheap...in our miserable ringgit.

    The wantons look very big.. Skin is thin too, "liew" is a lot, looks good..

    I saw Mak's and have no idea, but when I saw 麥奀 in the photo, then I know.. I've tried that in HK~~ :)

    Are you sure that is chilli sauce? Looks like kaya. Maybe due to the lighting.

    Business had dropped at Centrepoint, not as crowded as last time, the crowds has dispersed into the many neighbourhood shopping malls newly opened
