Fried Chicken with Fermented Tofu

Came across the Fried Chicken with Fermented Tofu from 3 Hungry Tummies blog, so thought of trying it out.

 Bought this chicken fillet from the supermarket


 Have a bottle of fermented soya bean curb at home


After marinade and ready to put in the fridge


After coating with Rice Flour

    Ohh...i didn't know the fermented tofu can make into such a delicious dish. Normally, I used to stir fry with vege.

    Yes, it can be done like that too.. my sister loves to do this and my mom will steam the chicken after marinating it with this fermented tofu.
