White Angels Venus

Saw some blogger friends blog about clam and it makes me craving for it.  Went to the supermarket to buy some.  Saw this White Angels Venus at S$8.90 per kg, choose 20 pcs and it cost me S$4.10. This is my anyhow cook White Angels Venus.

    I love clams! Basically I love all types of seafood, but control control a bit la cause of the cholesterol!

    I only eat clams in restaurants, have never eaten clams at home before. Did you wash and keep the shells to do craft? Can make very pretty crafts with the shells.
