Fried Vermicelli (24th Mar 2013)


The other time, during Chinese New Year, was over at my friend house for lunch, and she show me the packaging of the vermicelli she cook.  Find not bad so went to the supermarket to look for it and try cook it myself.


I use some of the mashed egg, minced meat and vegetarian luncheon meat to fried the vermicelli.

    Your fried vermicelli looks yummy. The translucent vermicelli looks like thick toong hoon.

    yea, looks like glass noodles. Vermicelli is not easy to fry.
