The other time, during Chinese New Year, was over at my friend house for lunch, and she show me the packaging of the vermicelli she cook. Find not bad so went to the supermarket to look for it and try cook it myself.
I use some of the mashed egg, minced meat and vegetarian luncheon meat to fried the vermicelli.
oh it looks very nice, so this is more like glass noodles.. and you have your mashed egg and ham from your previous post..

My new in-laws cooked this Korean vermicelli- Chap chye, I think they call it, very tasty.
