E-fu noodle

I loves to eat e-fu noodle but hardly cook myself unless i have the mood.  This round, i cook with whatever ingredients (egg, sausage, mushroom) that i can find in my fridge.

    You're like me. Just dig inside the fridge to see what I can throw in...and that's it! Missus will always have a bit of this and a bit of that and I cannot stand seeing thing sitting idle in the fridge for too long.
