Saw this 芋头巧 from Sally blog, thought of making it when i 心血来潮, at first when i was in the supermarket, i was hesitating whether to make it anot as the yam i saw is 1 kg and the flour is 500g each for a packet 糯米粉 and 米粉 and 300g for a packet of太白粉 and for a person like me who hardly cook, the rest of the flour will be left in the shelf after using it to make this. In the end, i use baby yam to make it as i find that the 1 kg yam is too big.
