Matcha and Red Bean Mochi Cake

Saw this while in Daiso and thought of Sonia Matcha and Red Bean Mochi Cake, so bought a can.


And also this Green Tea Powder from the bakery shop.




Instead of cup cake, i thought i bake it into a cake. But i do not know why mine turn out this way and not as nice nice as the one in Sonia blog. Can anyone advise me?

    was this because you baked in big size? try to bake again and this time use muffin pan instead, see how it would turn out..I guess 60mins baking is a bit long...
