Baked Prawn Tofu ~ 24th Jan

Saw this Japanese Pressed Tofu in the supermarket but have not tried this brand before, so bought a packet back.

I was thinking of what to do when i came across Baked Prawn Tofu from Let's Get Wokking blog, so i thought i give it a try. I replaced the water chestnut with carrot as i do not have water chestnut.

    Guess the fish paste itself have salt and i went to add salt, so become salty...
