Steamed Pumpkin Mee Suah Kueh

I saw this Steamed Pumpkin Mee Suah Kueh from here : My Cooking Escapades and i thought of trying it out. Shredded a bit of the pumpkin and then i start to become lazy and instead cut it. So this is the lazy version of my steamed pumpkin mee suah kueh.

    I made mee suah kueh b4 but instead of using pumpkin I added carrot.

    I think this is an easy and quick snack to prepare.
