Shine 2009 Festival Launch - 27th June 2009

The other day after lunch cum coffee session with my friend, pass by Ngee Ann City and saw that there's a Shine 2009 Festival Launch going on.






















Having a bit of hard time in taking the pictures as it's very crowded and also a lot of people there taking pictures.
