Fried Meat Ball/Steam Tofu with Minced Meat & Mushroom

Saw from ohbin blog fried meat ball recipe, i was tempted to do it and i used 150g of minced meat and make about 14 of it. Saw that one of the ingredient is 沙葛, i was wondering what is 沙葛 in english, so ask ohbin about it and she mention it's yam bean and that can be replace with water chestnut and i use water chestnut instead of yam bean.


Saw from Serene blog about this steam tofu with minced meat and mushroom and i also decided to give it a try. As i can't get hold of minced chicken meat, i used minced pork meat instead.
