When i saw the Rich Chocolate Sponge Cake in Sonia blog, i have bookmarked it. But i could not find the chocolate that Sonia use, so i use dark bittersweet chocolate to do it and as i am lazy, so i did not do the topping. But don't know why, mine has turn out dry.
