Honey Baked Batang Fish

Bought the above batang fish at S$4.90.

Was thinking of how to go about cooking the fish, when i came across Wokking Mum blog about Honey Baked Cod, i decided to used it as a reference to cook this batang fish.

  8. I am sure it is a nice dish. Or you can marinate it with fish curry powder and shallow fry like me sometimes.
