Imitation Chicken Katsu

Hope nobody is scare off by this post.


When i saw Angeline post the Chicken Katsu Don, i was tempted to do it. But mine is the imitation version.  Since yesterday is Public Holiday, did it.



After coating with flour, egg and bread crumbs


After frying


I did not use the Dashi stock as in Angeline blog as i did not plan to get a bottle of the Dashi stock as in Angeline blog due to i hardly cook.  So instead i replace with clear chicken broth.  Luckily the supermarket got sell small packet.


My outcome, in the end become so ugly, haiz... Last me for lunch and dinner.

  9. Angeline is our Taiping Baking Queen, she can bake and cook very well.. you need more practices to be at her level.. :)

    Me don't bother cos I always very lazy when comes to frying. Preferably throw everything inside the HCP and let it cook.ehheh
