When i saw the Wuxi Chicken Wings from Sonia blog, i know i am going to cook this, this round i did not use fillet, but mid-wing chicken. This is how mine turn out.
I have not receive your post card. Maybe I need to wait a bit more. Here our postmen threw away thousands of mails into the forest!! It was in the news!
Now that looks good! Where's the rest of the wing? Do they sell wings like that in Singapore? Here, we have to buy the whole wing - the tip, of course, is nothing but bone and skin...and the drummet's meat ain't so nice. So my daughter will eat this part, I eat the drummet...Sigh!!!...we and throw away the tip.
Very nice and delicious... Next time, I go your place you cook me this one ok?
