Sabah Meat Egg Roll (Hakka Chun Ken)

Before seeing the Sabah Meat Egg Roll (Hakka Chun Ken) in Mui Mui blog, i saw in another blogger about this, i have decided to do it.  But i make some changes in it, i use minced chicken meat instead of minced meat, i add in some prawns and carrot.

  8. With prawn and carrot definitely is a good combination. More crunchy texture when biting it.
