Hei Bi Hiam


Trying out to do hei bi hiam by goggle for recipes in the website, from few website, i agak agak about it (using dry shrimp, chilli, shallot, a little bit of sugar)  and try to do it out but it turn out not as what i expected.

    nice attempt.. BTW it should be "agak-agak" in your context.. "agar-agar" means jelly in malay~~ :)
