Braised Pork



看到 Veronica 煮瘦肉猪脚醋， 心痒痒，我也来试一试煮，我也用瘦肉，因为不吃肥肉， 我也加了egg, mushrooms and tau kwa.

    Did the meat would be softer if you used a claypot to braise the meat ?
