Fried Nian Gao


I have a nian gao laying in the fridge and feel like eating it, so fried it using egg, flour and water combine together and the nian gao dip into the batter and fried it.

  1. oh, just the nian gao with batter?? over here, we can have nian gao sandwiched between a slice of yam and a slice of sweet potato, battered and deep fried..

  10. I kept 3 big chunk of Nian Gao and can't wait to wait till it gets harden before frying them with yam and sweet potatoes! So heavenly nice!
