Wrong Handphone Number

I was stunned when i receive the above SMS on Wednesday.  I didn't ordered any items from GainCity.  Called up the number as above and the Customer Service guy who answered the call ask me for my postal code, then my address, checking his system, nothing.  Then he ask for my handphone number, then he reply i have a washer, reply him i didn't ordered anything, then he told me a name, which is not me, and Yishun Ring Road, nope, i am not staying in Yishun Ring Road. Told him maybe the person who purchase the washer, the handphone number might be a bit same to me.

I got a feeling that the delivery guy might call me the next day.  As expected, the guy call yesterday at 2pm, from the accent he speak, a China guy, he said in Mandrain, 送洗衣机, reply him, I call up the Company and told the Company i didn't order anything and i am not staying in Yishun Ring Road as stated.  He apologize and will go check it out.
