Little India

Saw from newspaper the Light Up Ceremony at Little India for Deepavali, so assume that the Bazzar has started.

(6) So happen to see a filming going on

(9) Sales of bags


(10) I was wrong, the bazaar had not started


(11) Resting time, had a sugee cookie and a cup of coffee, coffee is $1, and sugee cookie is $0.60, and since i had a heavy breakfast cum lunch which is the $4.00 prawn noodle, and this "tea" break, so my dinner is just a piece of bread.

  1. Oh yes, Deepavali is on the 29th Oct. I will keep my eye open for the decorations at Little India in Ipoh. Oh my, we have to go thro the traffic jam again. Have a great day!

    1. I used to buy plant before Chinese New Year, but sobssssss, i got no green fingers, the plant go heaven, sobssssss...

      Now i only see, no buy as do not want to harm the plants...

  5. The statues are cute and colourful. I was amazed that they even have some statues of deities that could be dissolved into the sea after the ceremony is over.

  7. Oh ya, Deepavali is coming soon. Those flowers have a very strong scent and I get get dizzy when I smell them.

  8. No leh, as to my knowing, usually those lights up ceremony will happen on or before the start of whatever bazaar. So I will not assume the same way as you did.

    Although, regardless... I wouldn't be as hardworking as you to go check this and that out so often. I am lazy with these things. I guess we are lazy on different things. :P
