Mummy's Fried Meatballs


Phong Hong blog her Mummy's Fried Meatballs, one of the dish i like, bought $2 of meat from the market and did it.  Mine did not turn out well.

Recipe in Phong Hong blog :

Ingredients :
- Minced meat
- Big onion, minced
- Shredded carrots
- Shredded potato
- Green peas
- egg
- corn flour
- salt
- pepper

Method :
1. Mix all the ingredients and using your hand or spoon, mix it all up until it forms a sticky mixture.
2. Rest the mixture in the fridge for 1/2 hour
3. Heat enough oil for deep frying or pan frying.
4. Form minced meat into balls or patties and fry until brown and cooked.

  2. at first I thot your mum was the one who cooked those meatballs, hehe.. so you must get advice from PH how to make the meatballs taste good next time.. :)
